ABOUT OUR HOME


This three-storey, upscale duplex features 3 bedrooms plus loft/den for a total of 1700 square feet of indoor space. Outdoors there's a large and private front yard, and a third-floor balcony with ocean view. All three storeys are above grade/ground level.

This home is laid out perfectly for a couple or family that wants extra space for offices, guests or play area. Its unique loft architecture combines modern style with plenty of character and lots of sunlight.
